Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus pada 2 keluarga yang menderita gout arthritis dengan masalah manajemen kesehatan keluarga tidak efektif yang dilakukan selama 6 kali kunjungan dalam 2 minggu pada tanggal 13-20 April 2023. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil asuhan keperawatan dengan masalah keperawatan manajemen kesehatan keluarga tidak efektif teratasi, perubahan peningkatan manajemen kesehatan keluarga 1 dan keluarga 2 tercapai pada kunjungan kelima. Masalah gizi pada anak balita dapat memberi dampak terhadap kualitas tumbuh kembang anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan masalah manajemen kesehatan tidak efektif pada balita gizi kurang. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus yang dilakukan pada 2 pasien dengan masalah manajemen kesehatan tidak efektif pada balita gizi kurang dilakukan selama 2 minggu pada tanggal 14-19 April 2023, dengan balita yang berusia 3- 5 tahun. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan pemeriksaan fisik secara langsung kepada keluarga 1 dan 2. Hasil yang didapatkan pada keluarga 1 dan keluarga 2 yaitu masalah manajemen kesehatan tidak efektif pada balita gizi kurang teratasi sebagian, yang ditandai dengan keluarga dalam proses meningkatkan status gizi balita, keluarga dapat merawat anggota keluarga yang sakit, Keluarga mampu menerapkan program perawatan, Keluarga mampu melakukan tindakan untuk mengurangi resiko, keluarga mendapatkan informasi kesehatan yg luas dan rutin mengunjungi posyandu.
