Depresi pada pasien kusta yaitu pasien kusta mendapat hinaan secara fisik oleh masyarakat, pasien kusta merasa bahwa dirinya aneh bagi masyarakat, dan adanya stigma yang negatif dari masyarakat keluarga mempunyai peran penting dalam proses pengobatan dan memberikan dorongan baik dari segi fisik maupun segi psikologis untuk pasien. Desain penelitian ini adalah Analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional menggunakan simple random sampling. Populasinya semua penderita kusta di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Teguhan berjumlah 55 orang,dan samplenya berjumlah 48 orang. Variabel independent adalah peran keluarga dan dependent depresi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar kuesioner peran keluarga dan depresi menggunakan kuesioner Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) II.U ji statistik menggunakan rank spearman. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar keluarga dengan peran positif ( 77%) dan depresi pada pasien kusta adalah ringan sejumlah 26 responden (54,1%).Uji rank spearman menunjukkan bahwa nilai diperoleh angka signifikan atau nilai probabilitas (0,000) jauh lebih rendah standart signifikan dari 0,05 atau (p < a), maka data Ho ditolak tidak ada hubungan dan H1 diterima yang berarti ada hubungan peran keluarga dengan depresi pasien kusta di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Teguhan. Bentuk peran keluarga terhadap pasien kusta adalah memberikan dorongan baik dari segi fisik maupun segi psikologis untuk pasien yang mengalami tekanan dan dukungan keluarga akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis karena adanya perhatian dan pengertian yang akan menimbulkan perasaan memiliki, meningkatkan harga diri serta memiliki perasaan positif mengenai diri sendiri. Untuk menjaga agar tidak terjadi infeksi pada luka jahitan perineum maka sangat dibutuhkan peranan aktif ibu dalam menjaga kebersihan dirinya sendiri sebab sebuah perlukaan karena persalinan merupakan tempat masuknya kuman kedalam tubuh, sehingga menimbulkan infeksi pada kala nifas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini bertujuan penyembuhan luka perineum sembuh sesuai dengan tahapannya dan masa berjalan tanpa adanya komplikasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 30 Juni 2016 samapai 13 Juli 2016. Subyek yang digunakan 2 klien dengan diagnosa keperawatan yang sama yaitu ibu post partum dengan kerusakan integritas jaringan kulit di Paviliun Melati RSUD Jombang.Hasil dari penelitian pada klien 1 dan klien 2 pada intervensi dan imlementasi yang diberikan pasa kasus 1 dan 2 sama-sama berhasil dilakukan, tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan fakta pada intervensi, menurut teori klien post partumyang memiliki luka perineum perlu dijaga kebersihannya karena akan mempengaruhi proses kesembuhan luka perineum, dan kedua klien tersebut mampu merawat luka jahitan perineum secara mandiri.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dapat diatasi dengan cara melakukan perawatan luka perineum dengan Desinfeksi Tingkat Tinggi (DTT) dan betadine, dan pasien mampu menjaga kebersihan jahitan luka perineumnya secara mandiri. To maintain the infection of the wound is required stitches of the perineum, the very active role of the women in maintaining the cleanliness of themselves cause wound due to postpartum stage. The purpose of this researchis to heal perineum wound in accordance with the stage and run without complications.This research used qualitative in the form of case studies that include assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This research was conducted on June 30, 2016 to July 13, 2016. Subject used are two clients with the same nursing diagnoses thatpost partum women withwith cell skin ntegrity damage in melati pavilion of RSUD JOMBANG.The results of the research on the client 1 and client 2 in the intervention and implementation given on case 1 and 2 are equally successful, there is no gap between the theory and the facts on the intervention, according to the theory of client post partumhavingperineum wound should be kept the cleaness because it will affect perineum wound healing process, and both clients are able to care perineum stitches independently.The conclusion of this research can be addressed by doing perineum wound care with the High-Level Disinfectionand betadine, and the patient is able to maintain the cleanliness of the perineum stitches independently.
