SOEDONO MADIUN Description An account of the resource Pendahuluan : Tetanus merupakan penyakit pada susunan saraf akibat neurotoksin yang dihasilkan oleh Clostridium tetani dan ditandai dengan kekakuan secara keseluruhan, kekejangan otot rangka, dan masalah keperawatan yang terjadi bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif. Metode : Deskriptif dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien tetanus dengan masalah keperawatan bersihan jalan nafas dengan intervensi pemberian terapi nebulizer dan obat bronkodilator selama 2x/24 jam. Hasil : Didapatkan hasil kepatenan jalan nafas pada pasien tetanus optimal. Analisis : Terapi yang diberikan pada kasus ketidakefektifan jalan nafas pada pasien tetanus adalah dengan Nebulizer dan obat bronkodilator karena merupakan terapi tambahan yang penting dalam semua kasus berihan jalan nafas tidak efektif. Discust : Bersihan Jalan nafas tidak efektif teratasi dengan perencanaan yang ditentukan. yaitu pemberian terapi nebulizer dan obat bronkodilator, serta memberikan health education tentang pemberian minuman hangat 250ml/hari apabila tidak ada kontraindikasi. Selanjutnya intervensi Manajemen jalan napas bisa dijadikan terapi yang sangat baik dan diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman penanganan pada kasus ketidakefektifan jalan nafas.<br /><br /><br />Kata kunci : tetanus, bersihan jalan nafas. Keparahan pada skizofrenia dapat menimbulkan masalah lain seperti halusinasi yang merupakan keadaan dimana penderita merasakan stimulus yang tidak nyata dan penderita berisiko untuk mencelakai diri dan lingkungannya. Masalah halusinasi pada keluarga perlu diatasi melalui penatalaksanaan asuhan keperawatan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan masalah gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus yang dilaksanakan selama 6 kunjungan dalam 2 minggu, mulai tanggal 15 sampai 30 April 2023, pada dua keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga yang menderita skizofrenia dengan halusinasi pendengaran dan tinggal di Desa Grogol, Kecamatan Diwek, Kabupaten Jombang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi terstruktur yang berpedoman pada instrumen studi kasus berupa format asuhan keperawatan keluarga STIKES Pemkab Jombang dan disajikan dalam teks narasi dan tabel. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa awalnya keluarga klien 1 tidak mampu memodifikasi lingkungan yang mempengaruhi kondisi kesehatan keluarga dan pasien 1 mengalami halusinasi satu atau dua kali per minggu, sedangkan keluarga klien 2 tidak mampu merawat anggota keluarga yang sakit dan pasien 2 mengalami halusinasi dua atau tiga kali per bulan. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan keluarga klien 1 dalam memodifikasi lingkungan dan keluarga klien 2 dalam merawat anggota keluarga yang sakit, serta pasien 1 dan pasien 2 tidak mengalami halusinasi pendengaran pada akhir kunjungan.
