Dengan salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya kualitas tidur buruk pada lanjut usia. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan tingkat depresi dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia di UPT Panti Werdha Mojopahit Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Analitik Korelasional dengan menggunakan pendeketan Cross Sectional dengan populasi 39 orang, sampel semua lansia di UPT Panti Werdha Mojopahit Mojokerto sebanyak 39 orang, dengan teknik penelitian total sampling.variabel independen tingkat depresi dan variabel dependen kualitas tidur. Metode pengumpulan data dengan lembar kuisioner dan analisis uji Spearman Rhank dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 (5%). Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa lansia dengan lansia dengan depresi yang mengalami kualitas tidur buruk sebanyak 8 orang (72,7%), lansia dengan depresi berat yang mengalami kualitas tudur buruk sebanyak 23 orang (88,5%). Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman Rhank dengan taraf signifikan a= 0,05 (5%)diperolah hasil perhitungan dengan nilai pvaleu= 0,022 maka H1diterima artinya ada hubungan tingkat depresi dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia di UPT Panti Werdha Mojopahit Mojokerto Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan agar depresi pada lansia bisa menurun dengan cara melakukan aktivitas fisik, bersosialisasi dan mengikuti kegiatan keagaman untuk memaknai hidup agar lansia tidak larut dalam pikiran yang mengakibatkan kualitas tidur buruk. ABSTRACT The condition of elderly people experiences a variety of decline or deterioration of both biological, mental and psychological functions that can cause depression. With one of the factors who makes bad sleeping quality for elderly people . This research aimed to analyze the correlation of depression level with sleeping quality for elderly people at UPT Panti Werdha Mojopahit Mojokerto. This research used Correlation Analytic research design with using Cross Sectional approach with the total of population was 39 people, the samples were all elderly people at UPT Panti Werdha Mojopahit Mojokerto as many as 39 people, with research technique total sampling. Variable independent was depression level and dependent variable was sleeping quality. The methods of data collection were questionnaire sheet and Spearman Rhank test analysis with a significance level 0.05 (5%). The results of data processing showed that elderly people with depression who experienced bad sleeping quality as many as 8 people (72.7%), elderly people with severe depression who experienced bad quality as many 23 people (88.5%). Data analysis used Spearman Rhank test with significant level a = 0,05 (5%) that was obtained by the calculation result of p value = 0,022 so that H1 was accepted , it meant there was a correlation of depression level with sleeping quality for elderly people at UPT Panti Werdha Mojopahit Mojokerto. Based on the results of this research is expected that depression for elderly people can be decreased by doing physical activity, socializing and following the religious activities to make the meaning of life so that the elderly people does not dissolve in the mind that makes bad sleeping quality. Kejadian Ventilator Associated Pneumonia (VAP) di Ruang ICU Sentral RSUD Jombang sebagian kecil (2,2 %). uji statistik chi square diperoleh angka signifikan atau nilai probabilitas (0,010) jauh lebih rendah standart signifikan dari 0,05 atau ( < ), maka ada hubungan Lama Pemasangan Ventilator dengan Terjadinya Ventilator Associated Pneumonia (VAP) di Ruang ICU Sentral RSUD Jombang.Bagi profesikeperawatan Diharapkan perawat dapat memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang lebih optimal pada pasian yang menggunakan ventilator khususnya pada pemakaian ventilator jangka panjang. ABSTRACT Ventilator installation provides the risk of VAP due to the duration of ventilator use. The purpose of this research is to know the Old Relation of Ventilator Installation with Occurrence of Ventilator Associated Pneumonia (VAP) in ICU Central Room of RSUD Jombang.This type of research is correlational analysis with restropective approach method. The population in the study were 45 respondents. A sample of 45 respondents selected with Purposive sampling. This research aimed to understand the relationship of PHBS with scabies at dormitory of female student’s in the Muslim Boarding School of Darul’ Ulum Jombang. Method: The population was 10 female Muslim students. Cluster purposional simple random sampling with the instrument of questionnaire and observation were used. The independent variable was PHBS and dependent variable was scabies. This research used the correlation statistic test of spearman rank. Result : The research indicated that almost a half of PHBS status was less than 2 dormitories (40%) and almost a half of 113 students (43,9) experienced scabies at the dormitory. Based on the correlation test of spearman rank, it was obtained that the value of ρ = 0,037 < α 0,05 so that H1 was accepted. This is indicated that there was the relationship between PHBS and the case of scabies. Discussion : the health worker and the students are expected to implement PHBS at the dormitory of female Muslim Boarding school to prevent the case of scabies. The scabies disease transmit to people with low personal hygiene, low socio economic, demographic and ecological development. Key Words :Healthy Hygiene Living Behavior, scabies.
