Description An account of the resource <p style="text-align:justify;">ABSTRAK</p> <p style="text-align:justify;">Pendahuluan: Pasien yang mengalami fraktur cruris (tibia dan fibula) perlu segera dilakukan tindakan pembedahan,contoh pembedahan seperti ORIF yaitu dengan cara memasangkan plat/pen,sekrup pada tulang yang terputus.Komplikasi yang dapat ditimbulkan dari pasca operasi salah satunya adalah bengkak atau edema dan juga nyeri. Komplikasi ini terjadi dikarenakan pasien tidak mau atau kurang melakukan mobilisasi sehingga peredaran darah tidak lancar akhirnya berdampak pada proses penyembuhan luka (vaskularisasi,inflamasi, proliferasi dan granulasi) tidak dapat berlangsung maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan Asuhan Keperawatan pada pasien dengan hambatan mobilitas fisik post operasi fraktur cruris. Metode: Karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan desain studi kasus. Pengambilan data ini dilakukan mulai tanggal 04-07 Juni 2018 di Paviliun Asoka RSUD Jomabang. Partisipan berjumlah dua pasien laki-laki klien 1 usia 29 tahun dank lien 2 usia 30 tahun dengan masalah keperawatan yang sama, yaitu hambatan mobilitas fisik post operasi fraktur cruris. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, uji keabsahan dengan triangulasi, dan analisa data dengan pengolahan data secara diskriptif. Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian kedua pasien muncul diagnose keperawatan hambatan mobilitas fisik berhubungan dengan nyeri dan keenganan memulai pergerakan. Setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan dan implementasi keperwatan, masalah keperawatan klien 1 dan klien 2 dapat teratasi.
