Hal ini memberikan dampak pada pasien, salah satunya pada pasien yang memiliki riwayat penyakit hipertensi sehingga tingkat kunjungan pada fasilitas kesehatan berkurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kunjungan kontrol lansia penderita hipertensi selama pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan. Metode : Desain penelitian menggunakan Analitik Kolerasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 32 lansia. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 lansia yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Consecutive sampling. Variabel terikat adalah tingkat kunjungan kontrol sedangkan pengetahuan, sikap, pelayanan petugas kesehatan, dukungan keluarga adalah variabel bebas. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Regresi Logistik Berganda. Hasil : Dari 4 faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan kontrol adalah sikap dan pengetahuan dengan nilai row &lt; 0,05. Yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kunjungan kontrol adalah sikap. Hasil uji Regresi Logistik Berganda pada variabel yang dominan adalah sikap diperoleh nilai OR sebesar 61,125 yang memiliki arti sikap berpeluang 61,125 kali untuk lansia dalam melakukan kunjungan kontrol.
