Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan strategi koping dengan kecemasan pada siswa SMA Achmad Wachid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang dalam menghadapi masa karantina pandemi covid-19. Desain penelitian menggunakan analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan retrospectif. Populasi 50 siswa, sampel 44 siswa diambil dengan simple random sampling. Variabel independen adalah strategi koping dan variabel dependen adalah kecemasan. Instrumen menggunakan kuisioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar (59,1%) Strategi Koping kategori sedang sebanyak 26 responden, sebagian besar (56,8%) Kecemasan kategori ringan sebanyak 25 responden. Uji statistik Spearman Rank didapatkan nilai p value 0,001 dimana nilai p value < α (0,05). Dari hasil hitung p value 0,001 lebih kecil dari α 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima, artinya bahwa ada hubungan strategi koping dengan kecemasan di SMA Achmad Wachid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang Hasil uji tersebut juga diketahui tingkat hubungan antara dua variabel dengan menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,479 yang terletak diantara angka 0,400-0,599, maka keeratan hubungan antara strategi koping dengan kecemasan termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan fungsi kognitif, dan faktor yang paling dominan terhadap penurunan fungsi kognitif pada lansia di Posyandu Lansia Dusun Dermo Desa Mentaos Kecamatan Gudo Kabupaten Jombang. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampelsemua lansia di Posyandu Lansia Dusun Dermo Desa Mentaos Kecamatan Gudo Kabupaten Jombang sejumlah 41 responden. Teknik sampling penelitian menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Variabel independen adalah jenis kelamin, hipertensi, usia, dan tingkat pendidikan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah penurunan fungsi kognitif.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 06-09 April 2017.Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (68,3%) berjenis kelamin perempuan dan mengalami penurunan fungsi kognitif, (53,7%) mengalami hipertensi stadium I & II dan mengalami penurunan fungsi kognitif, (58,5%) berusia 75-90 tahun dan mengalami penurunan fungsi kognitif, (70,7%) tidak sekolah dan berpendidikan Dasar (SD, SMP) serta mengalami penurunan fungsi kognitif. Dari hasil uji analisis regresi logistik didapatkan variabel yang paling dominan terhadap penurunan fungsi kognitif pada lansia adalah jenis kelamin dengan nilai p value 0,017 dan nilai OR 26,225 yang artinya variabel jenis kelamin mempunyai peluang 26,225 kali menyebabkan penurunan fungsi kognitif pada lansia. Berdasarkan penelitian diatas didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin dengan penurunan fungsi kognitif.Diharapkan kepada responden dan keluarga mengetahui tanda gejala penurunan fungsi kognitif sedini mungkin dilakukan dan mendapatkan intervensi sehingga dapat meminimalkan komplikasi yang lebih lanjut. ABSTRACT Increasing the number of elderly so more risks of the occurrence of various health problems such as cognitive dysfunction. The purpose of the study is to determine the factors which affect the decline of cognitive function in elderly, as well as the most dominant factor on the decline of cognitive function to elderly at elderly Posyandu of Dermo village, mentaos Gudo Jombang. The research design was analytical descriptive with cross sectional approach. The population of all elderly were 41 respondents in Posyandu Elderly of Dermo Village Mentaos Village Gudo Sub-district Jombang. The research sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. The independent variables were Gender, Hypertension, Age, and Education Level, while the dependent variable was declining cognitive function. This research was conducted on 06-09 April 2017. Data collection used questionnaire then processed by statistical test of Logistic Regression Analysis. The results showed that (68.3%) were female and had decreased cognitive function, (53.7%) had hypertension stage I & II and decreased cognitive function, (58.5%) aged 75-90 years and decreased Cognitive function, (70.7%) non-school and elementary school (elementary, junior high) and decreased cognitive function. From the results of logistic regression analysis obtained the most dominant variable on cognitive function decline in elderly was gender with p value 0,017and value of OR 26,225. It means that gender’s variable had a chance of 26,225 times, and caused the decrease of cognitive function to elderly. Based on the above research found a significant relationship between gender with decreased cognitive function in elderly at Elderly Posyandu of Dermo Village Mentaos Gudo Sub-district Jombang. Batita yang berusia di bawah tiga tahun di negara berkembang mengalami underweight atau berat badan terlalu rendah ,masalah tersebut dapat dicegah salah satunya apabila posyandu dapat diaktifkan kembali melalui kegiatan di posyandu. Penimbangan batita yang dilakukan secara rutin di posyandu dan dengan adanya penyuluhan, maka status gizi batita dapat selalu terpantau oleh petugas kesehatan melalui KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat). Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi terkait dengan kunjungan batita ke posyandu salah satunya adalah tingkat pemahaman keluarga terhadap manfaat posyandu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan keaktifan keluarga datang ke posyandu dengan status gizi batita usia 1-3 tahun di Desa Sawiji Kecamatan Jogoroto Kabupaten Jombang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan Kohort Retrospektif. Populasinya Semua keluarga yang memiliki batita usia 1-3 tahun di Desa Sawiji Kecamatan Jogoroto Kabupaten Jombang sejumlah 72 batita. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 responden. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling dengan instrumen berupa Check list dan observasi. Variable independen penelitian ini adalah Keaktifan keluarga datang ke posyandu dan variable dependen penelitian ini adalah status gizi batita. Pengolahan data dengan distribusi frekuensi dan di analisa menggunakan uji statistik Uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa keaktifan keluarga datang ke posyandu sebagian besar aktif dan Status Gizi batita usia 1-3 tahun dengan kriteria baik. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney di dapatkan nilai ρ = 0,004 dan α = 0,05, karena ρ < α maka kedua variabel tedapat adanya hubungan keaktifan keluarga datang ke posyandu dengan status gizi batita usia 1-3 tahun di Desa Sawiji Kecamatan Jogoroto Kabupaten Jombang. Penimbangan batita perlu dilakukan secara rutin di posyandu agar ibu dengan masalah kekurangan gizi pada batita dapat ditekan. Sehingga keaktifan keluarga dalam mengunjungi setiap kegiatan posyandu sangat di perlukan untuk memantau status gizi batita. This research aimed to understand the correlation of family activeness to come to ( POSYANDU ) with the nutritional status Of toddlers as Old as 1-3 Years at Sawiji Village ,Jogoroto Sub district in Jombang District. This research design used correlation analytical with Kohort Retrospective approach. The population was all families who had toddlers as old as 1-3 years at Sawiji Village, Jogoroto Sub district in Jombang District as many as 72 toddlers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Nutrition Recovery Park (NRP) program on the nutritional status of children in Jatiwates, Jombang. Method: This study used an observational analytic method with a retrospective cohort study design. The population in this study were all mothers of children under five who had malnourished toddlers in the work area of Jatiwates Health Center with 36 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis using chi square statistical test, followed by logistic regression test. Results: The results of the statistical test showed a significant relationship between the behavior of mothers towards the nutritional status of children while the knowledge and attitudes of mothers were not significantly related to nutritional status.
