ABSTRACT Background:Hyperbilirubinemia is that many cases occur, it is becoming a problem in the developed and developing countries. Incompatibility ABO is the most common cause of neonatal hemolytic disease that is difficult to recognize its manifestations. Objective:This study was aimed to proving neonatal blood group A or B that have mothers blood group O have a risk factor for hyperbilirubinemia in neonates. Methods:The study was observational analytic cross sectional design. The subjects were neonates with blood type A, B that have mothers blood group O. Data in the form of secondary data from medical records at the Women's and Children's Hospital Muslimat Jombang during the period Mei - Juni 2017. Data were analyzed using Chi-Squaretest test. Result:Among 30 neonates who followed this study, 8 neonates (26,7%) who experienced hyperbilirubinemia. , Consists of 8 neonates blood group A or B from mother group O, ρ value 0,007 < 0,05 correlation coefficient o,439, so that itcould be concluded that there was a correlation .. Discussion: This research is hoped to be an aid to the hospital in its service especially to babies with hyperbilirubinemia. Neonates blood group A or B from mother group O haven’trisk factors of hiperbilirubinemia.</text>

Kejadian Gagal Ginjal Kronik semakin meningkat.

ABSTRACT

Chronic Renal Failure incidence is more increasing. In years 2013 at Indonesia the increasing patients with this disease reached 20%. Efforts are being made to deal with this problem either by hemodialysis. Patients with chronic renal failure takes many years to undergo hemodialysis therapy. This can lead to psychological disorders such as anxiety. With Anxiety will exacerbate the perceived disease. One of the factors that influence anxiety is self-efficacy. This research aims to determine the correlation of self-efficacy with the level of anxiety in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis in Jombang Public Hospitals.This research is a correlation analytic method with cross sectional approach. In this research population of 33 respondents include all patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis in Jombang Public Hospitals first time - 6 months. A sample of 30 respondents were taken using accidental sampling. The independent variable was self-efficacy, the dependent variable anxiety, how to collect data by statistical tests used questioner Spearman's rank. The research was conducted on 24-31 May 2016. The statistical test used in this study was Spearman's rank correlation.Based on the results of research in Hemodialysis room Jombang Public Hospitals found that half (50%) of respondents have a positive self-efficacy and nearly half (36.7%) of respondents are not anxiety. There is enough correlation of self-efficacy with the level of anxiety in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis in the hemodialysis room Jombang Public Hospitals in 2016.Need to improve services through counseling, information and education on management of chronic renal failure and can provide knowledge about self efficacy other than that can involve the family in supporting the implementation of self-efficacy.
</text>
