HUBUNGAN SIKAP IBU MENOPAUSE TENTANG PERUBAHAN FISIK     DENGAN AKTIFITAS SEKSUAL PADA MASA MENOPAUSE DI DESA JATI KECAMATAN JOGOROTO KABUPATEN JOMBANG

ABSTRAK

Seringkali wanita menopause mengatakan belum bisa menerima perubahan fisik yang terjadi pada dirinya, sehingga ibu menopause merasa tidak percaya diri dalam melakukan aktifitas seksual dengan pasangannya, terbukti dari 10 sampel ibu menopause, 7 diantaranya mengatakan bahwa belum bisa menerima perubahan fisik yang terjadi pada dirinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap ibu menopause tentang perubahan fisik masa menopause dengan aktifitas seksual pada masa menopause di Desa janti Kecamatan Jogoroto Kabupaten Jombang.

Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik cross sectional. Populasi semua wanita menopause di Desa janti Kecamatan jogoroto Kabupaten Jombang sebanyak 851 orang dengan tehnik Cluster Random Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 orang. Variabel independen adalah sikap ibu menopause tentang perubahan fisik masa menopause, sedangkan variabel dependentnya adalah aktifitas seksual pada masa menopause, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan uji chi square.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian lebih dari separuhnya responden memiliki sikap negative terhadap perubahan fisik pada masa menopause sebanyak 106 responden (62,4%), lebih dari setengah responden mengalami penurunan aktifitas seksual pada masa menopause sebanyak 108 orang (63,5%).

Hasil uji chi square test didapatkan ρ = 0,000 < α (0,05), maka Ho (hipotesa nol) ditolak, artinya ada hubungan sikap ibu menopause tentang perubahan fisik masa menopause dengan aktifitas seksual pada masa menopause di Desa janti Kecamatan jogoroto Kabupaten Jombang dengan tingkat hubungan cukup.

Penyuluhan secara tepat dan sistematis akan meningkatkan kesadaran ibu menopause, bahwa perubahan fisik yang terjadi merupakan hal yang normal. oleh karena itu diharapkan ibu untuk lebih mempelajari tentang tanda dan gejala menopause .

ABSTRACT

Menopausal women often feel that they can not accept the physical changes to them, so that menopausal mothers feel not confident in sexual activity with their partner, as evidenced from 10 samples of menopausal women, 7 said that could not accept the physical changes to her. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation of postmenopausal attitude about the physical changes of menopause with sexual activity in Janti Village Jogoroto Jomban.The design of this study was cross sectional analytic. The populations were all menopausal women as many as 851 people with Cluster Random Sampling technique, with a total samples were 170 people. Independent variable was the mother’s attitude of menopause to the physical changes of menopause, while the dependent variable was sexual activity at the time of menopause, collecting data used questioner with chi square test. Based on the results of the study, more than half of respondents had a negative attitude to the physical changes during the menopause as many as 106 respondents (62.4%), more than half of respondents experienced decreased sexual activity during the menopause as many as 108 people (63.5%).Chi square test results obtained ρ = 0,000 <α (0.05), then Ho (null hypothesis) was rejected, it means that there was a correlation of postmenopausal mother to the physical changes of menopause with sexual activity at the menopause in Janti with Enough relation level.Proper and systematic counseling would raise the awareness of menopausal mothers, the physical changes that occur were normal. Therefore, it was expected that the mother to learn more about signs and symptoms of menopause.
