ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN KETIDAKEFEKTIFAN POLA NAPAS PADA PASIEN EFUSI PLEURA DI RUANG CEMPAKA

ABSTRAK

Pendahuluan : Pasien dengan efusi pleura sangat rentan dengan sesak napas yang sampai menimbulkan ketidakefektifan pola napas, ketidakefektifan pola napas merupakan inspirasi dan ekspirasi yang tidak adekuat. Angka kejadian efusi pleura di Negara Industri diperkirakan terdapat 320 kasus per 1000.000 orang (31,25 %). Oleh karena itu peran perawat sangat penting dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien efusi pleura dengan ketidakefektifan pola napas yang rawat inap di Ruang Cempaka RSUD Jombang. Metode :Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan subjek penelitian 2 pasien dewasa umur >40 tahun, dengan berjenis kelamin kedua-duanya perempuan, dan pelaksanaanya pasien 1 pada tanggal 22-24 juni 2016, pasien 2 tanggal 27-29 juni 2016 dengan masalah keperawatan yang sama yaitu efusi pleura dengan ketidakefektifan pola napas. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil : studi kasus menunjukan bahwa pasien 1 dan pasien 2 yang mengalami ketidakefektifan pola napas yang rawat inap di Ruang Cempaka RSUD Jombang dapat teratasi ditandai dengan pernafasan 16-24x/menit, tidak ada sesak nafas, pergerakan dada simetris, cairan dalam rongga pleura normalnya 5-15 cc, bunyi nafas terdengar jelas. Kesimpulan : Asuhan keperawatan pada pasien efusi pleura dengan ketidakefektifan pola napas diharapkan bagi peneliti untuk dapat mempertahnkan kolaborasi pemberian terapi O2 dan menambah komunikasi terapeutik, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan keberhasilan asuhan keperawatan, asuhan keperawatan dapat teratasi dengan dilakukanya latihan nafas dalam dan batuk efektif.

ABSTRACT

Introduction : Patients with pleural effusion is very vulnerable with the shortness of breath which was to give rise to a pattern of ineffectiveness of breath, the breath pattern of ineffectiveness was the inspiration and ekspirasi are not adekuat. Pleural effusion incidence figures in industrialized countries it is estimated there were 320 cases per person (1,000,000 31.25%). Therefore, the nurse's role is very important in performing nursing care. This research aims to carry out nursing care of patient with pleural effusion on the ineffectiveness of the breath pattern of hospitalization in Pavilion Cempaka HOSPITALS Jombang.Methods : The research design used was a case study of the subject with 2 adult patients age 40 years >, with both-sex female, and 1 patient implemented  on 22-24 June 2016, 2 patients on 27-29 June 2016 with the same nursing problems i.e. pleural effusion with the ineffectiveness of the pattern of breathing. Data collection method was interviews, observation, physical examination, and the study documentation. Result : The results of the case studies showed that patients 1 and 2 patients who experienced the breath pattern of ineffectiveness of inpatient care in Pavilion Cempaka HOSPITALS Jombang can be resolved is characterized by respiratory 16-24 x/minute, no shortness of breath, chest movement symmetrical, fluid in the pleural cavity is normally 5-15 cc, the sound of breath sounds clear. Discussion : Nursing care on patients with pleural effusion breath pattern of ineffectiveness are expected for the researcher to be able to maintain the collaborative granting therapy therapeutic communication and increase O2, so as to maximize the success of nursing care, nursing care can be resolved with dilakukanya exercise in breath and cough effectively.
